BOD Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the BOD calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items

  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks for the BOD.

  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, and handle them appropriately.

  • Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure smooth communication and workflows

Requirement & Qualification :
  • Bachelor Degree from any major, with minimum GPA 3.00

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a personal assistant or an executive assistant or similar role

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and multi tasking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must

  • Proficiency in additional languages, Mandarin is an added advantage
