We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Banda Aceh.

Key tasks:

  • Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.

  • Analyze data from local market research and competitors actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.

  • Promote the companys services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.

  • Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.

  • Manage relationships with partners.

  • Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.

Requirements:

  • Sales/Business Development experience.

  • Team Management experience: min. 1 year.

  • Strong command of the English language.

  • Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).
