Broadcast Administrator
As a SEA Broadcast Administrator, you will be an integral part of the SEA Broadcast Administrator Team, working closely with the APAC Broadcast Management Team to oversee the administration of all broadcast operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing the data and systems critical to our broadcast processes. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your organizational skills while coordinating effectively with colleagues across multiple countries. Reporting directly to the SEA Broadcast Administrator Team Leader, you will collaborate closely with the ANZ Broadcast Administrators and maintain frequent communication with the sales and customer success teams to ensure the timely delivery of broadcast products and the efficient handling of requests. What does the role require?
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Strong ability to conduct in-depth research and monitor various media platforms (television, radio, online news, social media).
- Knowledge around the media landscape and broadcast programming in Indonesia.
- High organisational skills / good at multitasking
- Can work with minimal supervision, but is also a teamplayer
- An ability to problem solve / good in troubleshooting
- Proactive in identifying issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, especially in a fast-paced media environment.
- Flexible and open to working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to attend the office as needed.
- Has reliable internet connection at home
- Previous experience in media monitoring, PR, communications, or journalism is highly valuable. Internships or relevant roles in media organizations, newsrooms, or PR agencies could be helpful.

- Administration and management of broadcast content, while supporting day-to-day broadcast operations
- Contributing to projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of broadcast operations.
- Collaborating with team members across the APAC region to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Collating data to support machine learning models
- Communicating updates and addressing feedback from stakeholders
- Participating in continuous improvements to ensure broadcast operations remain aligned with evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Adapting to new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to innovation.
