Job Description

• Work with market managers to monitor hotel performance and identify any improvement area.
• Build data tool and conduct business analysis to support market managers on decision making.
• Work with internal stakeholders (product team, data team) to deliver on projects or initiatives.
• Work with market manager to support daily tasks including: Supporting and answering hotels on their enquiries; Managing relationship with hotels; Pitching, negotiating and setting campaign participation for hotels.
• Reach out to hotels to acquire them onboarding to Traveloka; Supporting the acquisition and onboarding process for hotels.
• Support on data preparation for projects and initiatives, including: Market research, market sizing exercise, data validation and clean up.

Requirements

• Pursuing an S1/Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / Commercial. Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study.
• Proficiency in working with numbers, extensive data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint slide creation. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
• A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong commitment to learning and growth.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Preferred but not required: previous internship experience in Business / Marketing / similar roles.
• Available to work from the office for 5 days a week.
