Business Development - Agent & Distributor Acquisition Assistance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify, approach, and recruit qualified agents and distributors through various platforms and outreach tools.

2. Monitor the performance of recruited partners and provide ongoing support, training, and motivation to help them succeed.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous engagement of agents and affiliators on the platform.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel management. (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

3. Experience in social commerce, direct selling, or working with influencers/community leaders is highly preferred.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in team.

6. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or affiliate marketing systems is a plus.

7. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written is required
