Business Development Executive
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Retail Expansion
• Identify potential locations for new Sacred Cacao retail outlets (e.g., malls, lifestyle hubs, premium markets).
• Negotiate terms with landlords, property managers, or retail space owners for leasing or co-branding opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential outlets to assess traffic, sales potential, and ROI.
2. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
• Research and target big brands (e.g., premium cafes, lifestyle stores, boutique hotels) for co-branded retail spaces or partnerships.
• Develop partnership proposals, MOUs, or collaboration frameworks (e.g., Sacred Cacao counters in main brand stores).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand decision-makers and key stakeholders.
3. Lead Generation & Networking
• Generate new business leads through market research, networking events, and industry connections.
• Build a pipeline of potential partners, distributors, and collaboration opportunities.
• Represent Sacred Cacao at trade shows, brand events, and exhibitions.
4. Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
• Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to strategize business growth initiatives.
• Identify new revenue streams through cross-brand marketing and co-hosted events.
• Keep up-to-date with F&B trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Maintain a detailed pipeline report of leads, negotiations, and closed deals.
• Present monthly growth opportunities and performance updates to management.
