Business Development Executive

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or similar roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.

• Target-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Able to create professional presentations and business proposals.

• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Bonus: Experience with B2B clients, partnerships, or handling beauty/retail/FMCG industry.

Summary of Duties

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.

• Approach and build relationships with potential clients, partners, or resellers.

• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor competitor activities and trends to identify new market needs or gaps.

• Assist in achieving revenue and growth targets set by the company.

• Attend networking events, exhibitions, or business meetings when required.
