Business Development Specialist

Job Duites :

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients

  • build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

  • follow up on leads and covert them into business opportunities

  • devlop and write commercial and technical proposals for new BPO projects

  • conduct Sales presentations and pitch services to potential clients

  • negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure busniess deals

  • work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to align strategies and goals

  • coordinate with interna teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction

  • prepare regular reports on business development pperformance and progress

  • achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

  • stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business development efforts

Qualification:

  • Min D3/S1 majored from all major

  • Experienced as Sales In Business Process Outsourcing industry min 2 Year (preferably)

  • have excellent communication skill

  • great multitasker and team player

  • proven ability to build and maintain networking

  • prossesses a good understanding of english (verbal and non-verbal)

  • proficiency in Ms. Excel and MS. Powerpoint

  • able to work in fast-paced environment
