Business Development Specialist
Job Duites :
Identify and reach out to potential clients
build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
follow up on leads and covert them into business opportunities
devlop and write commercial and technical proposals for new BPO projects
conduct Sales presentations and pitch services to potential clients
negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure busniess deals
work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to align strategies and goals
coordinate with interna teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
prepare regular reports on business development pperformance and progress
achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance business development efforts
Qualification:
Min D3/S1 majored from all major
Experienced as Sales In Business Process Outsourcing industry min 2 Year (preferably)
have excellent communication skill
great multitasker and team player
proven ability to build and maintain networking
prossesses a good understanding of english (verbal and non-verbal)
proficiency in Ms. Excel and MS. Powerpoint
able to work in fast-paced environment
