Business Development Staff (Corporate Leasing)
Responsibilities:
Proactively prospecting and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business leads
Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to secure new contracts
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions for clients
Maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
Preparing accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance
Continuously seeking to improve sales processes and strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the sales industry
Require B2B experience, corporate side of selling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
