Business Development Staff (Corporate Leasing)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospecting and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business leads

  • Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to secure new contracts

  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions for clients

  • Maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities

  • Preparing accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance

  • Continuously seeking to improve sales processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the sales industry

  • Require B2B experience, corporate side of selling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools

  • Degree in Business DevelopmentSales, or a related field
