Business Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development Officer (BDO) in executing business development tasks and processes smoothly.

  • Maintain an updated lead database and high-level business dashboard (including Trello).

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for client meetings, including documents, travel, accommodation, and budgeting.

  • Provide BDO with updates on Proof of Concept progress from Operations.

  • Facilitate communication between BDO and internal stakeholders.

  • Help draft and manage Executive Management (EM) Work Request Forms and follow-up schedules.

  • Send timely reminders for EM sign-offs and approvals.

  • Collaborate with BDO and Operations to formalize and summarize SLAs.

  • Prepare contracts, including final SLAs and the Agreement of Mutual Understanding (AMU).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from any major.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or similar roles.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.

  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or other project management tools.

  • Basic knowledge of business or sales processes is a plus.
