Cashier

Car Wash Cashier Responsibilities:

- Process customer payments (cash, card, mobile) for car wash services and add-ons (wax, interior cleaning, etc.). - Explain wash packages, promotions, and membership options to customers. - Operate POS system and manage cash drawer with accuracy. - Direct vehicles into the wash bay and assist with queue management. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or service issues professionally. - Maintain a clean and organized front counter/sales area. - Assist with light duties like stocking retail items (air fresheners, cleaning supplies). - Follow safety and security procedures (reporting suspicious activity, checking for counterfeit bills). **Ideal Candidate:** Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Car wash experience is a plus but not required!
