What youll be doing day to day:

• Manage administration

• Manage daily report services

• Manage KPI report

• Be responsive in supporting immediate need from Central Fulfilment perspective, in coordination with other function

• Always be available to help and support colleagues, pass knowledge to colleagues and encourage them to do the same and keep colleagues informed so that they can perform their roles effectively

We want you to be a person who:

• Desire to work for a values-driven company

• Interest in retail and/or home furnishing, experienced working & proven performance in a fast-paced retail or logistics/commercial/supply chain management environment

• Attention to detail, multitasking and data management skills

• Experienced in administration tasks and working in a matrix organization

• Communicative in English (written and verbal)

• Willing to work with shifting arrangement at East Jakarta area
