CEO - Coal Mining

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our growing coal mining operation in Kalimantan. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while fostering sustainable growth and profitability.

Job Description:

The CEO will be responsible for setting the companys strategic direction, overseeing mining operations, ensuring financial stability, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and local communities. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the mining industry, regulatory frameworks, and business management.

Key Tasks:

- Develop and execute the companys strategic plan, focusing on operational excellence and long-term growth.

- Oversee all mining operations, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and efficiency.

- Lead financial planning, cost control measures, and revenue optimization strategies.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, investors, suppliers, and local communities.

- Ensure compliance with local and international mining regulations and environmental standards.

- Identify and implement best practices to improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

- Drive leadership and organizational development, fostering a high-performance work culture.

- Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and industry forums.

Job Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or senior executive in the coal mining industry.

- Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control strategies.

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to make high-level strategic decisions while ensuring operational efficiency.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is a plus.

This position will be based in Jakarta, but requires regular site visits.
