Chemical or Mechanical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION OF CHEMICAL/MECHANICAL ENGINEER

1. Quick to learn & understand our product portfolio, particularly the technical specification. Has experience in Chemical laboratory as analysis of technician

2. Following up Price Inquiry & find the best price from several quotes received from supplier Prepare the price quotation to the clients

3. Checking the price and availability stock with supplier. Able to communicate in English, verbal & non-verbal (writing).

4. Negotiate the price with supplier and clients

5. preparing PO to suppliers, following up the PO to suppliers

6. preparing documents for tender process & following up tender process

7. Able to communicate effectively to supplier & clients

8. Checking the goods once arrive. The goods need to be match with the PO

9. Following up the quotations to customers

10. Coordinate the Shipping & traffic of the goods being ordered or delivered to customer with sales support team

11. Maximize the company profit from the sales

12. Able to find new customers

13. Review technical specification inquiry vs offer (quote) from principal or supplier

14. Able to demonstrate very good computer & data processing skill

15. Understand chemical products & mechanical products for petrochemical & piping industries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background

Preferable Having 1-3 years experience on petrochemical, trading business

2. Able to demonstrate good skill in active and passive English (by attached English test result TOEC, TOEFL, etc)

3. Preferred with minimum 1 year experience in working with E-Procurement system & Industrial or processing, Oil dan Gas or Mining job

4. Able to demonstrate ability work on multitasking tasks, intense pressure & tight deadline

5. Has similar experience in trading or manufacturing industry would prefer (Mining, Oil dan Gas, Processing/metallurgy or similar)
