Job Role :

Ø To provide quality services in the field of chemistry to PTD Brewery operations.

Ø To monitor the physico-chemical characteristics of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products with reference to standards.

Job Description :

1. Conducts precise and accurate physico-chemical analyses of brewing raw materials and accepts or rejects such deliveries with reference to specifications before being used in beer production.
2. Conducts quality system audit of Brewing and Raw material warehouses (MM) to ensure the proper handling and storage of raw materials and some Brewing Material Suppliers
3. Analyzes the physico-chemical characteristics of beer at different stages of its production and monitors its conformance to pre-determined standards.
4. Conducts trials and studies as mandated and / or in pursuit of improvements developments in the quality control / assurance field.
5. Utilizes statistical tools and techniques in evaluating laboratory results, methods validation and other data that require statistical analysis.
6. Gives accurate and timely feedback of test information and other pertinent data to his superiors including Brewmasters and other concerned personnel/ department.
7. Provides technical information and services in the field of chemistry to production in order to ensure that all processes conform to standards.
8. Performs microbiological control functions as the need arises
9. Ensures that all analyses done strictly follow the methods documented in the QA Procedures and Work Instructions Manual base on ISO 9000.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree in Chemist or Chemist engineering
2. Have experience in FMCG industry as a chemist or laboratory
3. Have good knowledge in Spectrophotometer
4. Have good communication in engish
5. Want to work by Shift
