Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leader in the wheel and body coating sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the motorcycle wheel paint manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise resource utilization.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the companys strategic plan.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reduction.
• Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence.
• Supply Chain Management:
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets and financial performance.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure that production and delivery schedules meet customer requirements.
  • Address customer concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management, with a focus on the automotive or motorcycle industry.

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or similar.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in supply chain management and process optimisation.

• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
