Chief Security

Luna Beach Club Bali is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security to lead our security team and ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and property. If you have strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining a secure environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead and train the security team to uphold high safety standards.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and take preventive security measures.
• Collaborate with management and local authorities when necessary.
• Handle emergency situations and security incidents professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Chief Security or similar senior role.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Good knowledge of security protocols and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Physical fitness and high integrity.
• Ability to speak and understand English (required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A valid security certification/license
