Claim Staff Non MV

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Claim Staff Non MV to join our team at PT Asuransi Samsung Tugu. This full-time position will be responsible for processing and handling non-motor vehicle insurance claims, ensuring efficient and accurate service to our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate submitted claim documents to verify coverage and eligibility.

• Coordinate with adjusters and other relevant parties to gather necessary documentation and information.

• Calculate and authorize claim payments in accordance with policy terms and conditions.

• Maintain detailed records of claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably in (Non-motor vehicle) insurance

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and claims procedures.

• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
