Club Server

We are currently seeking a professional and energetic Club Server to join our dynamic team at Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong sense of service, and thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and high-quality service to guests throughout their visit

• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of assigned tables and service areas

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally

• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth service operations

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, promotions, and club events

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a lounge or nightclub setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good personal grooming and professional appearance

• Able to work late hours, weekends, and holidays

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
