CMF Designer

Job Description:

• Lead exterior design and implementation for vehicle models, including color schemes, decals, hard badges, seat stitching, surface textures, and component color coordination.

• Design theme-aligned exteriors for exhibition vehicles and oversee sampling.

• Execute exterior design and implementation for models requested by production bases.

• Establish, standardize, and refine design processes, and monitor compliance and corrective actions.

• Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, propose innovative color definitions and design solutions, and adjust seasonal exteriors and colors.

• Propose color scheme adjustments based on sales performance, identifying mainstream and trending colors. - Develop new color applications, color narratives, and combinations, producing quarterly reports on color and design trends.

• Ensure vehicle quality and design consistency, building a unified brand DNA across exteriors (colors, badges, textures) to boost sales and consumer satisfaction.

• Define logo usage guidelines and oversee exterior design consistency across bases to enhance retail brand image.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Automotive, Motorcycle, Parts Design & Manufacturing, Fine Arts, or related fields.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (PS), Adobe Illustrator (AI), Keyshot, and VRED (rendering).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiar with CMF design for transportation vehicles, post-production, and exterior design principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Capable of setting priorities, developing action plans, and tracking execution.

• Innovative and adaptable to new concepts and improved methodologies.

• Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

• Able to translate directives into actionable and efficient plans.

• Flexible and responsive to challenges and opportunities. -
