Commis Chef

Job Description:

  • Keep Kitchen Utensils, Equipment, and work station clean

  • To be responsible for completing your mise en place

  • Ensure the food ingredients in the ciller/freezer tidy

  • To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required

  • Easily adapt in new environment

Requirement :

  • Progressive experience of 1 year in Hotel environment, preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position

  • Minimum. D3 degree in Hospitality/Food Production

  • Strong in western food / asian food ala carte menu

  • Love to work in a team, Service Oriented

  • Great english skill (Verbal & Writing)
