- Greeting and welcoming all customers in a friendly and professional manner as well as handling complaints
- Providing concierge services such as informing customers on store promotions to encourage purchases,
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of store locations, categories and items to provide necessary advice and recommendations
- Acting as a point of reference for customers who require assistance or information
- Processing customers point redemption using Point of Sale (POS) system
- Ensuring the reception area and common spaces are well-presented and organized at all times
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or concierge role, preferably in retail or hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to provide efficient and effective solutions
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to assist others
