We are currently hiring a dedicated, professional Cook to join our kitchen team at our vegan restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of plant-based dishes according to the restaurants recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared with careful attention to quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, including cross-contamination prevention and hygiene protocols.
Monitor ingredient freshness and proper storage to minimize waste.
Assist with menu development and provide input on recipe ideas.
Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth service flow and timely food delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a cook.
Strong knowledge of plant-based dish and cooking techniques is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Passionate in kitchen and have strong willingness to learn and explore new cuisine.
