Job Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all staff.

  • Analyze KPI data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.

  • Oversee the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices

  • Develop and update HR policies to align with the companys goals and legal standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field (degrees related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality are preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related HR managerial position.

  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or restaurants.

  • Maximum 40 years old.

  • Strong background in employee development and performance management.

  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits (comben), general affairs, and legal aspects of HR.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and attractive personality.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with management and staff at all levels.

  • Willingness to be based in Semarang, Indonesia
