Corporate Operations Manager

Placement: Corporate Impi Hotels Management

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Operation Manager at each hotel to ensure consistent performance and guest satisfaction
  • Develop, implement, and oversee corporate-level operational strategies and standards
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for each property, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between hotel management teams and the corporate office
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize resources and drive efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance guest experiences, operational workflows, and financial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-property management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
  • Proficient in operational analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences"
