Corporate Secretary Officer

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance reporting to OJK, IDX, and other capital market regulations;

  • Organize and manage corporate agendas and activities in accordance with applicable regulations;

  • Prepare the companys Annual Report and Sustainability Report;

  • Draft meeting of minutes promptly and accurately for internal and external documentation;

  • Coordinate the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Directors/Commissioners meetings;

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree of Accounting/ Finance/ Economics from reputable university, with strong academic record;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

  • Having knowledge in Financial Analysis and Compliance for public listed company;

  • Proficient in English both written and verbal;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);

  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and adapts well in new social settings

  • Willing to learn new things and having high sense of responsibility;

  • Willing to work overtime and/or on holidays at certain times as required by the company

  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment;

  • Conscientious; Discipline; Good analytical skill; Can do attitude; Self-motivated;

  • Easily adapt in a cross-cultural working environment.
