Corrugator Supervisor

About the role

As a Corrugator Supervisor at PT Interpak Industries Batam, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of the corrugation line, ensuring the production of high-quality corrugated board. This full-time position is based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, and is a key position within the Production team.

What youll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the corrugation line team, ensuring they work safely and efficiently

• Monitor the performance of the corrugation line equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise

• Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the corrugation line and related equipment

• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements

• Provide training and guidance to the corrugation line operators to enhance their skills and productivity

• Collaborate with other departments to align production with overall business objectives

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the corrugation line operations

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated board industry

• Strong technical understanding of the corrugation process and related equipment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges

• Effective communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team

• Proficiency in relevant data analysis to monitor and improve production

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
