COST CONTROL - BLAZE Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control company operational costs (COGS) effectively.

  • Analyze cost variances between budget and actual spending.

  • Prepare regular cost control reports for management.

  • Collaborate with purchasing and finance departments to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Assist in preparing and revising budgets for projects or operational needs.

  • Oversee usage of raw materials and daily expenses.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B / Hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

  • Have experience in using ESB system is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
