Job Description:
The Country Liaison will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the Indonesian market entry, bridging service planning, product development, and localized execution for Thirtymall.com. This role will evolve from Phase 1 (Service Planner & Product Manager) to Phase 2 (Operations & Local Team Manager) and ultimately transition into the Product/Technology Manager within the PMA entity.
Core Responsibilities
Native App/Web MVP Planning & Localization (Phase 1) Analyze and interpret the Korean Thirtymall.com business model and core feature flows Translate the Korean service to an Indonesia-specific hybrid commerce model, including: Buyer & seller flows Multi-vendor product cataloging Promo, wallet, and delivery models Draft, iterate, and finalize the feature specification document based on market and internal input Collaborate with internal Korean team to reuse UI/UX patterns and optimize localization
Product Management (PM) & Vendor Oversight Select and manage outsourced development vendors (native app, backend, CMS) Define development milestones, timelines, and issue management via Jira Coordinate QC (quality control) with HQ and/or third-party testers—not as an isolated individual task Set up joint test plans with internal QA or external agencies QC collaboration structure will be further defined through discussion and alignment with HQ Own product roadmap from MVP to full-service model (Phase 2+)
Cross-functional Collaboration (HQ, CTO, Designers) Serve as a communication bridge between: Korean CTO & engineers: API structure, hosting architecture, performance optimization Korean Service Planning team: UX design reuse, signup/purchase flow adjustments Director of International Business &strategic planning(Head of Indonesia): progress reporting and regulatory check-ins Regular participation in weekly meetings via Slack/Meet/Notion: main communication tool: google chat Available for Korea business trip for onboarding, workshops, and sprint reviews if needed
PMA Transition Planning Prepare SOPs of IT team, transfer documentation, and team handover plans for the PMA establishment phase. Assist in building the first local team post-PMA incorporation (CS, marketing, ops)

Job requirements :
Bachelor of Computer Engineering or a related field, with preference for web-related studies.
5-7 years in e-commerce product planning, mobile app/web service development, or startup-level PM roles
Experience managing offshore or cross-functional teams (preferred)
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce logistics, payment systems, and UI/UX localization best practices
Experience in multi-vendor marketplace management highly preferred
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API, Cursor Ai, Genspark, etc.) is a plus
Must have hands-on experience in: - Figma (wireframing, prototypes) - Jira (sprint planning, bug tracking) - Slack (asynchronous collaboration) - Notion or Confluence (spec documentation)
Additional competency: - Experience working with marketplace platforms (e.g., CS-Cart, Medusa.js) -
Understanding of Indonesian PDP Law and e-wallet/payment gateway integration
Agile sprint process familiarity
Prior launch of a consumer-facing app with 100k+ MAU a strong plus
Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English, or Korean (fluency in any one is required; proficiency in all three is a plus)
Work Setup Primarily remote (Jakarta-based) Must be available for in-person meetings at co-working space during Korean team visits or regulatory meetings Working hours flexible, with partial overlap to Korean business hours Additional Competencies (Preferred)
