We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our Preschool for Kids program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational program design and execution, focusing on early childhood education. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive curriculum design for the Preschool for Kids program, including levelling and main curriculum guidelines.
2. Planned and implemented content creation, such as placement tests, course planning frameworks, class activities, and worksheets/books.
3. You will be working with an architect by assisting in designing the school layout.
4. Establish hiring and training processes for teachers to ensure a qualified and motivated team.
5. Manage class scheduling and day-to-day learning centre operations for a smooth and efficient learning environment.
6. Through continuous improvement efforts, we aim to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Student Renewal Rate.
7. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to develop marketing strategies and events to promote the program.

Qualifications:                          

1. Masters degree in education, early childhood education or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
3. Proven track record in designing and implementing early childhood education programs.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
