Customer Service-for Fintech/MultiFinance

Job Responsibilities

1.Respond to customer inquiries and guide clients through the loan process.

2.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3.Assist in modifying customer system information accurately.

4.Proactively achieve sales targets stipulated by the company or department.

5.Provide proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and thoughtful business consulting services to customers.

6.Develop and maintain customer resources, establishing good cooperative relationships with clients.

Qualifications

1. a High school graduates, Diploma (D3), fresh graduates bachelor degree

2. Have customer service experience min. 2 or 3 years in the same industry (Fintech P2P), Multifinance, banking, or call centers

3. Proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Office)

4. Candidates with relevant Work Experience will be prioritized.

5. Strong coordination and communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

6. Good team cooperation spirit and customer service awareness.

7. Familiarity with the business models of telemarketing or customer service.

Working Day:

Monday - Saturday.

Working Time: 40 Hours Per Week

Working hours will be adjusted according to the schedule set by each projects team leader

Benifit:

> Basic salary: Rp 5,500,000

> Incentive: Rp 0-4.000.000

> Contract 1 Year
