Customer Service Supervisor
Bachelors Degree from Marketing Communication, Business, Management or any related field
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service principle and practices (Customer service software, databases, and CRM tools)
Min. 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor from a FMCG Industry
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and successes
Outgoing with a positive and proactive approach
Strong demonstrated leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills to lead
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions
Customer oriented with great communication & negotiation skills
Excellent written & verbal communication in Bahasa & English
