Customer Service

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Communications, Business or related field

- ⁠Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service (tech/EV industry is a plus)

- ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency required

- ⁠Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to details

- Available for night shift (18.00-00.00)

Job Description:

- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via WhatsApp, email, or phone during night-time hours

- ⁠Monitor charging station operations and escalate issues to technical teams when needed

- ⁠Provide real-time support to EV users experiencing charging issues

- ⁠Track and log customer interactions accurately in the system

- ⁠Follow standard operating procedures and escalate urgent cases appropriately

- ⁠Collaborate with the day-time support team for handovers and updates

- ⁠Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
