Customer Success Officer

Job description

  • To generate revenue from upselling of Emerhub products and services

  • Design and implement campaigns to upsell the client base

  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding the clients problem/needs and proposing the best solution.

  • Define and offer business solutions for the clients in line with Emerhub solutions

  • Maintaining a relationship with key accounts by providing information, support, and guidance

Requirements:

  • Active English Speaking + Writing is MUST 

  • Previous experience in an international company with daily communication in English is highly preferred.

  • Critical Thinking 

  • Fast Learner is a MUST in a fast-paced organization 

  • Initiative 

  • Can work with minimal supervision minimum Supervising 

  • Previous experience in handling documentation is much preferred 

  • A basic to moderate understanding of Corporate Secretary Services in Indonesia is preferred.

  • Professional Working Experience min: 2 years (not internship, etc)
