Customer Success Officer
Job description
To generate revenue from upselling of Emerhub products and services
Design and implement campaigns to upsell the client base
Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding the clients problem/needs and proposing the best solution.
Define and offer business solutions for the clients in line with Emerhub solutions
Maintaining a relationship with key accounts by providing information, support, and guidance
Requirements:
Active English Speaking + Writing is MUST
Previous experience in an international company with daily communication in English is highly preferred.
Critical Thinking
Fast Learner is a MUST in a fast-paced organization
Initiative
Can work with minimal supervision minimum Supervising
Previous experience in handling documentation is much preferred
A basic to moderate understanding of Corporate Secretary Services in Indonesia is preferred.
Professional Working Experience min: 2 years (not internship, etc)
