Customer Support Consultant
Job Desc :
- Conduct end-to-end of customer support processing in accordance with the established SOP
- Provide service excellence according to the clients needs through Ticket Apps, Telephone, Email, or WhatsApp Support
- Conduct training about gaji.id system to the clients effectively
- Managing Customer Support Reports and Documentation accordance with established SOP
- Bachelor degree in Information System, Accounting, Management or related qualification
- Have knowledge in payroll calculation and tax (Pph 21)
- Familiar with the management of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan
- Have used HRIS/HRMS
- Able to communicate properly and clearly to the clients, detail-oriented
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to travel
