Customer Support

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate Customer Support Travel Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with travel inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and after-sales support. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free experience for every traveler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and agent inquiries via phone, email, chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with travel bookings including, tours, transfers, and other services.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with hotels, and local partners to resolve booking issues and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist in handling complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
