Customs Brokerage Specialist (PPJK)

PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Custom Brokerage Specialist to join our team. This position is outsourced through a third-party agency but you will be working directly under the supervision of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia at our office location.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
• Prepare and process import/export documentation accurately and timely
• Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, and other related parties
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid PPJK certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
