Cyber Security Engineer - L2

Were hiring a Cyber Security Engineer - L2 to support and manage day-to-day security operations, handle incidents, and contribute to deployment and optimization of cybersecurity tools. Youll work with a skilled team supporting global clients and assist in maintaining enterprise-grade security systems across firewall, endpoint, and email security layers.

• Support administration of firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point) and VPN solutions

• Monitor and troubleshoot EDR, XDR, and Email Security platforms

• Handle P2/P3 incidents and assist in escalated issue resolution

• Maintain and fine-tune WAF, DDoS, and network security controls

• Collaborate with L3 engineers and support security implementation projects

• Conduct log analysis, policy updates, and maintain network segmentation

• Participate in change management and compliance monitoring

• 5-7 years in cybersecurity, network security, or IT security operations

• Hands-on with Trend Micro, Fortinet, Check Point, and Radware

• Strong understanding of firewall rules, NAT, routing, and access control

• Familiarity with sandboxing, honeypots, and advanced threat detection

• Good communication skills and client-facing experience

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• PCNSE

• F5 CA, F5-CTS

• CISSP / CISM (Optional but advantageous)

• Any vendor-specific certifications (Trend Micro, Fortinet, Check Point)
