Cybersecurity Manager

Job and Responsibilities :

Change Request (CR) Job Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from the business unit (BU) operations team

• Review requirements with IT-SOC staff to establish a security-compliant solution

• Conduct risk assessment and collaborate closely with BU team to eliminate potential disruption to manufacturing

• Develop a proposal for review by the BU team

• Review and resolve any gaps between BU team expectations and the IT-SOC teams guidance

• Develop solution schematic and submit CR for approval

• Establish rollback procedures to attenuate the consequences from failed CR implementation

• Work with Network and Infrastructure teams to coordinate CR implementation

• Supervise the implementation of each approved CR

• Validate CR efficacy and process CR modifications with IT-SOC team as required

Cybersecurity (CS) Compliance/Initiatives Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regularly scheduled audits of CS policies and processes to regulatory standards

• Ensure manufacturing network devices are in CS compliance

• Supervise cross-functional teams to address vulnerabilities

• Work with the IT-SOC team to document and analyze each new cybersecurity initiative

• Establish the projected cost and operational impact of each new security initiative

• Document and present each initiative to BU team for approval

• Work with IT-SOC team to resolve any expectation gaps communicated by the BU team

• Develop a solution schematic for each initiative and submit CR for approval

• Work with the Network and Infrastructure teams to coordinate CR initiative implementation

• Supervise the implementation of each approved CR

• Validate CR efficacy and processes CR modifications with IT-SOC team as required

Minimum Qualifications

• University undergraduate degree Computer Science related discipline

• Minimum 7 years experience:

ü Network infrastructure and systems

ü FW controllers and configured policies

ü Prevailing cybersecurity compliance systems and policies

• Minimum 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics assembly

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Any IT-related security certifications are preferred
