Demand and Planning Analyst

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Data Center and Admin Support for Trucking Management which includes Demand Planning & KAM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain and Update Trucking Management database.

• Vehicle fulfillment in daily operations and Campaign

• Provide truck and drivers while ensuring good quality service to achieve SLA as agreed

• Escalating issues from stakeholder to Trucking Vendor

• Perform operation control for Commercial needs

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Education background minimum Bachelor Degree with majoring in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/Transport Management

Competency:

• Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)

• Fluency in English (Oral & Written)

• Good communication skills

• Analytical thinking

• Problem solving

• Have an intuitive to learn

Experience:

• Minimum experience 1-2 years at logistics/land transportation Company

• Candidates with connections to 3PL and trucking companies are preferred

• Understood basic vehicle types and capacity planning, especially trucking

• Understood operation process in logistics
