Department Head Human Capital
Job Description:
- Develop and implement people management practices including on a broad range of human resources policies, programs and systems
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team
- Work closely with management and employes to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Resolve complex employee relations issues
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Perform other duty tasks as assigned
- Hospital accreditation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in HR fields (Hospital)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
- Strong in analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge in HR practices
- Fully understanding in law legislation
