Desk Collection Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and analyze contact center (mainly desk collection service) performance metrics & client satisfaction.
  • Identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimizing contact center (mainly desk collection service) operations.
  • Develop reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement strategies that improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets through continuous monitoring.

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelors degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience as Telecollection Supervisor (preferably from outsourcing / contact center industry).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights..
  • Proficiency skill of Ms.Excel / Google Spreadsheet is a must.
  • Candidates within Bekasi domicile are preferable.
