Job Summary

We are seeking more than just a Digital Marketing Manager; we are looking for a potential CO-FOUNDER with a clear vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and readiness to grow together with the company long-term. This role involves strategic planning, management, and optimization of digital campaigns, along with building and maintaining effective client relationships.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proficient in project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Notion, and Komo.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, visionary mindset, and growth-oriented outlook.
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a Managerial role or equivalent.
• Strong competencies in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Shopee Ads.
• Proficient in developing media planning strategies, budget management, and full-funnel campaigns.
• Skilled in data analysis using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Creative, analytical, and capable of making strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital marketing team to achieve client business growth objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns to meet established targets.
• Develop strategic media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and campaign outcome projections.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to define target audiences and develop effective campaign messaging.
• Perform detailed analysis of campaign performance regularly, producing clear and actionable monthly performance reports.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic daily communication with clients regarding campaign performance and technical issues.
