· Minimum 10 years in healthcare leadership, with 5 years in BPJS-managed hospitals.

· Track record in achieving hospital accreditation (SNARS/JCI).

· Has BPJS Compliance Expertise and proven experience managing BPJS Kesehatan claims and optimizing reimbursement processes.

· Has Accreditation Knowledge. Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards (SNARS/National) and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management.

· Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for regulatory compliance and national/international partnerships.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

· Medical Doctor/Dentist Background: Must hold a valid medical doctor/dentist and STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license.
