E Commerce Manager

About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT. Sinshe Tekno Indonesia as our E-Commerce Manager. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online sales channels across West Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and online conversions.

What youll be doing

• Manage and optimise our marketplaces platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Blibli, Lazada)

• Having experience in related fields from E Commerce Industry is preffered

• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or a related field

• Ability to manage and optimize online sales channels (Tokopedia, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada and Blibli)

• Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions

• Excellent communication and project management skills Strong leadership qualities and highly organized

• Able to work under pressure, strong analytical skill, attention to details

• Willing to work at Cengkareng , Jakarta Barat

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce initiatives

What were looking for

• Candidate must have Bachelors Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in technology or accessories gadget

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales channels, including website, marketplaces, and mobile apps

• Expertise in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals

• Familiar with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
