📌 KUALIFIKASI:

✔️ Skill Editing Pro:

  • Mahir menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, dan CapCut.

  • Paham trend editing viral (TikTok/Reels-style, fast-paced cuts, smooth transitions, efek VFX, color grading, dll.).

  • Bikin thumbnail menarik (foto skills + desain grafis sederhana adalah nilai plus).

✔️ Skill Videography:

  • Bisa operasikan kamera mirrorless/DSLR (min. basic lighting & framing).

  • Menguasai teknik pengambilan Beauty Roll (B-Roll) dan A-Roll (narasi/stand-up).

  • Paham komposisi visual, angle menarik, dan stabilisasi gambar.

✔️ Kreatif & Up-to-Date:

  • Tahu tren konten video di TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

  • Bisa bikin konsep video dari awal (scripting sederhana + storyboard).

  • Bekerja cepat dan bisa multitasking.

🔥 BONUS POINT:

  • Punya pengalaman bikin konten viral/referensi portfolio.

  • Familiar dengan AI tools untuk editing/scripting (misal: ChatGPT untuk ide, Runway ML untuk efek).

  • Basic motion graphics atau sound design.
