Engineering Manager

General Responsibilities : 1. Ensure smooth running of production machines and supporting machines with regular and regular maintenance. 2. Planning for the addition and development through the manufacture of machine tools to further improve energy efficiency, quantity and quality of production. 3. Ensuring calibration of measuring tools. 4. Ensure the smooth supply of electricity and steam, including the quality and quantity produced. 5. Monitoring projects mainly related to technical fields. 6. Ensure the operation of all electrical equipment (panels, motors, other electrical instruments) in the factory to function optimally. 7. Determine the source of electrical energy in the supply to the plant. 8. Giving Data Utility (Use Steam, electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar), Water and Coal) to PE every day. 9. Ensure actual usage of Utility (daily usage of steam, electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar), water and coal) so that it can be traced to ensure correct amount of usage. 10. Ensure that existing CCPs are properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in ISO documents, HACCP Plan 11. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration. 12. Responsible for the development of employees in Engineering. 13. Coordinate the Engineering team to achieve their respective KPIs. 14. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy. 15. Responsible for the implementation of work discipline. 16. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC System). 17. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and environmental cleanliness (environment) at the work site.
