KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on villa facilities (electrical, plumbing, AC, pool, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and repair requests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, water pumps, air conditioners, and lighting.
• Ensure pool systems, pumps, and water quality are functioning properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas and equipment.
• Record daily maintenance activities and report significant issues to the management.
• Assist with villa renovation, refurbishment, or special project support as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized technical repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SMK or D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality/property management.
• Technical skills in at least two of the following: plumbing, electrical, AC systems, carpentry, or pool maintenance.
• Able to operate tools, power equipment, and safety gear properly.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and emergency protocols.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours and be on-call when required.
• Honest, disciplined, and physically fit.
