About the role

Kraftworks Academy, a leading early childhood education provider in Surabaya, East Java, is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to our young learners.

What youll be doing

• Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate English lessons that help students develop their language skills
• Provide student progress and feedback to support their learning
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement curriculum
• Create a positive, nurturing learning environment that encourages student engagement and exploration
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching English to young learners (ages 3-6)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging, interactive lesson plans and activities
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young children
