We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Functional Officer with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting—particularly in Financial Accounting and Controlling. Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Enterprise Systems Lead

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant.

• Proven experience implementing at least 3-4 SAP S/4HANA projects in relevant modules.

• SAP S/4HANA certification is mandatory (FICO); Group Reporting certification is a plus.

• Experience in IT consultancy firms is required

• Background in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Ammonia, or Fertilizer industries is an advantage.

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO and FM modules; knowledge of Group Reporting and Advanced Financial Closing Cockpit is a plus.

• Proficient in system design, configuration, WRICEF developments, and business process mapping.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Experience as a team lead is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

SAP System Optimization & Support

• Analyze and assess business requirements related to SAP S/4HANA (FICO, FM, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing Cockpit).

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to improve finance and controlling processes.

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SAP functional issues.

• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions, including WRICEF developments.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaboration, Training & Compliance

• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure integrated SAP solutions.

• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.

• Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and industry best practices.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance and SAP configuration standards.

• Evaluate SAP license usage and recommend optimization strategies.
